1、确保酒店各机械管道设备如各泵房、各水池、各种阀门、管道、洗手间等设备的正常运作，如发现上述设备有问题，不能正常工作或有噪音、振动、泄漏、气味等又不能马上排除的，要及时向值班工程师报告。 2、按规定时间、顺序路线，巡查管辖的设备，并如实做好运行记录并签名。 3、随时清点好个人工具，接到工程任务或维修单后，若没有其他任务或维修应立即赶到现场尽快完 成；如果不能处理应立即上报值班工程师。 4、除每天维修和运行工作外，应按规定的设备保养项目表进行保养项目及内容，不得随意改动，不弄虚作假、偷工减料，按质按量完成设备保养计划。 5、每天须将日常的各项工作详细记录在值班记录本。 6、保持设备及工作地区的洁净。 7、落实防火措施，紧急出口门和相应的防火和作业安全措施。每班次都需检查一次落簿签认，特别保证防火水闸处于常开状态，并挂牌标明。 8、完成上级领导安排的其它工作任务。 9、随时提出有益、有建设性的意见。 10、执行并落实酒店能耗管理制度，并提出合理改良建议。 11、遵守酒店管理制度及员工手册。
