【岗位职责】 1. 对总经理负责，全面负责房务部、餐饮部、安保部的经营管理和日常运转工作，确保各营业目标的圆满实现。 2. 依据总经理的工作方针制定部门的年度收入预算与运营计划，并组织安排具体实施计划并达成预算。 3. 负责建设与发展运营团队，组织计划人员的招聘 培训 考核从而满足运营与业务拓展的需要。 4. 负责建立与完善运营相关的系统与工作标准，及各项管理制度的贯彻执行。 5. 确保餐厅各部门（前厅、后厨、行政、财务等）之间良好合作关系，发现矛盾与问题及时协调与处理。 【岗位要求】 1、本科及以上学历; 2、五年以上高端酒店的营运管理工作经验，熟悉运营服务流程、技巧、合同条款及经营运作模式，具有酒店筹开及综合体管理工作经验者优先; 3、具有良好的沟通能力、语言表达和书面表述能力，具有较好的协调、谈判技巧，能够分析、并实际解决工作中遇到的疑难问题; 4、较强的团队管理能力和沟通能力，能够承受较大的工作强度和工作压力。

岗位职责： 1、全面负责景区的统筹管理工作，制定并实施长期发展战略和年度经营计划，确保经营目标达成。 2、负责景区日常运营管理，监控景区运营的各项关键指标（客流量、收入、成本等），定期分析、评估，并向上汇报。 3、不断拓展销售渠道，不断丰富景区的产品和服务内容，组织各类营销活动，提高景区门票、项目消费等收入。 4、负责景区运营团队的组建、管理、培养，协调部门之间的工作，保证信息畅通、协作顺利，高效工作。 5、负责外部单位和部门（政府部门、合作伙伴等）的沟通协调，维护良好关系。 任职要求： 1、十年以上大型景区运营管理工作经验，有运营大型景区或旅游项目的成功案例。 2、具备敏锐的市场洞察力和创新能力，能准确把握行业发展态势和市场需求，不断推出创新的运营策略和项目。 3、具备卓越的领导能力和团队管理能力，能有效激励和引导团队成员，高效完成各项经营任务和经营目标。 4、具备优秀的沟通协调能力与问题解决能力，能妥善处理各类社会关系，有效解决运营过程中出现的问题。 5、能够接受不定期的加班和出差安排，以满足景区运营管理工作的需要。 6、本科及以上学历，旅游管理、市场营销、工商管理、经济学等相关专业优先。
