· Set up working station
properly and on time before each service period.

· Make sure all food is
prepared according to recipes prepared by the department head.

· Be able to work in
another area when needed and take part in cross-training when directed.

· Food in fridges to be
checked before starting a shift and containers are changed periodically.

REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
· 2-3 year working experience, preferably in
hotel industry

· Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known

· Supervise front office operations during assigned shift including:

· Works with Superior and Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs
