1、
具备领导才能,了解所负责部门对各职位的责任
2、
掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识
2、
掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统
3、
了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场,会议旅游及餐饮销售

能够掌握和理解市场和竞争
4、
必须具备良好的中,英文读写能力
5、
良好的电脑技能,至少会使用微软2003或以上操作系统、微软办公软件2003或更高版本、互联网及其它的流行出版软件
6、
良好的人际交往和沟通技巧
7、
独立工作和团队工作的能力
8、
3年销售与市场推广方面的经验, 包括在国际连锁酒店的管理经验并有最少1年的销售经理经历
