Manage the Club Desk, resolve guest concerns, and handle emergencies and other challenges that may occur during the assigned shift. Implement resolutions by using discretion and judgement. 管理俱乐部柜台,解决客人的疑虑,并处理在指定班次期间可能发生的紧急情况和其他挑战。 通过酌处权和判断力实施解决方案。2. Communicate effectively both to provide clear direction to staff. 有效沟通,为员工提供清晰的方向。 3. Observe performance and encourage improvement. 观察员工表现,给予鼓励,促进改善。 4. Interview, select, train, supervise, and evaluate. 处理面试、选拔、培训、监督和评估。 5. Monitor Club Desk and adjust staffing as required. 监督俱乐部服务台,并根据需要做人员调整。 6. Plan, oversea and spot check the day-to-day operation of the Club Desk and guarantee that guests are looked after. 制定计划并抽查俱乐部柜台的日常运作,确保客人得到充分照顾。 7. Implement and maintain all guest recognition programmes (Membership). 推行并维持所有客人嘉许计划(会员)。 10.Conduct regularly inspections of front-of-house and back of house areas and all equipment ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance and also initiating appropriate action where necessary. 定期检查房前屋后及所有设备,确保高标准的清洁和保养,并在必要时采取适当行动。 11.Supervise and train the Club Service Concierge to improve consistently on quality of service. 监督和培训俱乐部礼宾服务,以持续提高服务质量。 12.Review all Club Desk reports and initiate the follow up and forward the report as per standard. 审查所有俱乐部案头报告,根据标准开展后续工作。 13.Establish weekly duty rosters according to expected occupancy and business. 根据预期占用率和业务情况建立每周值班名册。 14.Establish and control the task of the Club Service Concierge. 建立和把握俱乐部礼宾服务的任务。 15.Supervise and control the cashiering process and make corrections if required. Accurately post charges to individual or group. Close at the end of each shift and balance individual transactions and cash float. 监控收银程序,并在有需要时作出更正。准确地把费用寄给个人或团体。在每次交易结束时关闭,平衡每笔交易和现金流。 16.Carry out administrative tasks and submit reports on time as directed. 执行行政任务,按时按指示提交报告。 17.Assist in the selection, training and evaluation of subordinate employees and conduct training. 协助下属员工的选拔、培训和评估,并进行培训。 Qualification & Must Have: 任职要求: 1. Bachelor’s degree in business or similar degrees 商学学士学位或同等学位。 2. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in managing a sports resort, a fitness club operation, or similar businesses 至少1-2年运营运动度假区、健身俱乐部或类似行业的经验。 3. Positive attitude and mindset, even in difficult situations 即使面对困难,也能报以积极的状态。 4. Leading by example 以身作则。 5. Active and healthy lifestyle 积极、健康的生活方式。 6. Affinity to mindfulness 三观正。 7. Fluency in English | meet one of the requirements: 英语熟练/满足下列要求之一 : CET-6 Score 500 and above, with work-efficient speaking English; 英语六级500+,能用英语高效工作; TOEFL 80 and above; 托福80+ ; IELTS 5 and above; 雅思5+ ; 1+ years working experience in English-speaking environment; 1年在英语环境中的工作经验; 1+ years foreign study experience in an English-speaking country 1年在英语国家学习经验。
