• Oversee the yearly marketing strategy, planning and monthly promotions of the Venue.
• Manage the yearly marketing strategy, planning and monthly promotion based on the Venue business needs.
• In tune with the various marketing channels and social media trending platforms, inclusive of 3rd party platforms and partners.
• Personally lead and be present during specific high-profile events – inclusive of both onsite and offsite events.
• Analyse the Venue's marketing plan P&L, media plan P&L and drive profitability of the venue
• Monitor the P&L of the marketing plan for the year as well as each implemented plan.
• Attend weekly management meeting and share information and plans from marketing side.
• Manage working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with the different product management (FOH & BOH) team on implementation of marketing strategy for the Venue.
• Work closely with teams to maintain the cohesiveness and prompt execution of the marketing plans.
• Be familiar with local market.
