Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
· Lead the shift to deliver guest service by following LQA standards.
带领金尊费尔蒙每个班次在对客服务中遵守和执行领先质量保证标准。
· Provide exceptional concierge information to guests about local and area attractions, restaurants, theatres, special events and other available services. Information will be clear, concise and accurate.
为金尊费尔蒙的客人提供关于本地景点、饭店、剧院、其他特殊活动等清晰、简明和准确的礼宾信息。
· Maintains high visibility with guests and colleagues, ensure that guest and colleague concerns are resolved in a professional and timely manner.
积极参与部门日常运营,以最短的时间内以专业的方式为客人或同事解决的问题。
* Assists the Assistant Fairmont Gold Manager in efficiently running the Fairmont Gold according to the established concept statement providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
协助金尊费尔蒙副经理确保金尊费尔蒙按照既定的理念顺畅运转,并始终提供礼貌、专业、快捷、灵活的服务。
Qualifiled/职位要求
· Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field.
酒店管理或相关专业的本科或专科学历。
· Minimum one (1) years relevant experience in a similar position in a renowned international hotel brand.
在知名国际酒店内从事至少一年类似岗位的经验。
* PMS and Office software knowledge.
熟悉并掌握Opera酒店管理系统和各类办公软件。
· Excellent oral and written skills in Mandarin and English.
优秀的中英文听说读写能力。
* Excellent experience in both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations.
同时具备优秀的餐饮和前厅运营经验。
