· Handle expatriate work permits, residence permits and visas.

· Contacts concerned personnel of the city/ province Labor Bureau city/ province Public Security Bureau and other relevant office apply for the work permit, residence permit and visa for expatriates within 30 days of their arrival.
联系市/省劳动局市/省公安局和及其它权力机构并在外籍人员到达30天内申请外籍人人才作许可证,居留证和签证。

· Conduct interview every day. And arrange and appoint GM interview.

· Monthly completion rate analysis report.
每月完成离职率分析报告。
· Follows up closely the end of probation period date and end of contract date.
密切跟踪人才试用期或合同的到期期限。
· Assist Talent & Culture Manager to monitor talent relations and motivation program in the hotel.

· Checking online labor contract and salary information system ,updating talents labor contracts (new talents. renew contract talents) / service contracts (retirees, extension of expired-contract talents) / trainee agreements (agreement with school ,agreement with trainee)
检查在线劳动合同和工资信息系统,更新人才劳动合同(新人才/合同到期人才)/服务合同(退休人员,延长到期人才合同)/(与学校拟定实习协议)。
