岗位职责 1. 保证有效地计划、指导、控制、协调并参与所有的会计核算活动；执行已建立的会计准则，政策和程序；阐释财务成果并为管理提供未来计划工具；发展和培训会计人员; 2. 透彻了解会计准则和程序; 3. 透彻了解财务制度的订立; 4. 透彻了解预算编制及控制系统; 5. 透彻了解财务数据分析; 6. 透彻了解内部管理政策; 7. 能够编制、分析、评注财务报告和经营报表; 8. 能够根据管理需求编制相关的报表报告; 9. 能够指导激励下属，评估他们的工作表现，监督员工的培训需求; 10. 能够解决遇到的运营和人事问题; 11. 能够就财务和会计方面的问题向管理层提供指引和建议; 12. 在需要时联络政府官员; 13. 能独立管理财务部工作; 14. 能处理法律、保险、银行及税收事宜。 岗位要求 1. 财务管理、会计、金融相关专业、大专及以上学历; 2. 具有两年以上财务负责人工作经验，3年以上四星级及以上财务岗位工作经验，熟悉酒店财务管理模式; 3. 通晓财务、会计、金融、税务知识、掌握法律相关知识，具备基本计算机应用知识; 4. 熟练使用相关财务软件; 5. 具有一定的外部关系协调和统筹管理能力; 6. 良好的团队领导力、协作能力，优秀的沟通、分析能力，对企业忠诚度高。
