Roles & Responsibilities- Responsible for smooth functioning and co-ordination of vendors for Resident Internet, Property Management Systems PMS, Point of Sale-POS, IPTV, Telephone systems and other software vendors.- Undertake resolution of issues related to setup, maintenance, and support of local hardware (PC’s, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners etc), network interfaces, and local software relevant to end user requirement- Responsible for overseeing and handling network configuration, Servers, Workstations, Networking equipment, PABX, email accounts, and support for the underlying server/desktop infrastructure.- To assist IT Manager Head Office China in formulating, from time to time, new policies and procedures that can continuously improve the support functions of System Department and the security of the computer system.Required Experience/Background:- At Least 4 years IT work experience, at least 2 years of hotel IT management experience.- Has a wealth of HELPDESK experience.Why Join Us? - You will work in a purpose-driven organization that cares for our people, offering flexibility and allowing you to bring your whole self to work. - You will join an organisation where there is a strong partnership between the business and the People & Culture team.
