Job Description 岗位职责:1.Ensure efficient performance of data processing function. 确保高效的数据处理功能。①Coordinate and liaise with end users. 与终端用户做好协调和联络工作。②Provide technical advice on computer problem. 对于电脑问题提供技术咨询。③Assist to set-up of computing standards including user’s procedures and operational standards. 协助设置计算机信息处理标准,包括用户程序和操作标准。④Evaluate and assess system performance, limitations and operational procedures to streamline operational bottle-neck periodically. 定期评价和评估系统性能、限制和操作程序,简化操作瓶颈。⑤Provide technical training and support to departmental users. 对各部门用户提供技术培训和技术支持。2. Ensure overall efficiency of the section. 确保部门的整体效率。3.Supervision of all computing activities. 监督所有计算机信息活动。①Resolve problem referred by departmental users. 解决部门用户遇到的问题。②System maintenance of system error logging on computer hardware and software. 处理计算机硬件和软件系统错误日志。③ Training of associates and resolving problem referred. 对同事进行培训和对问题作出解答。4. Ensure that all preventive maintenance for the EDP equipments in the hotel is carried out timely. 确保酒店的电脑设备得到及时地预防性维护。5. Properly use and keep all devices and tools of the Systems Department. 合理使用和保管电脑房的各种设备和工具。6. Administer the EDP system back up procedures. 按流程做好电脑系统的数据备份。Job Requirement 岗位要求:1. Junior College degree or above, major in informatics. 大专及以上学历,主修计算机专业。2. To be able handle skillfully office automation software and proficient in computer operation and familiarize with the application of hotel’s automated system, such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Opera PMS, MICROS POS, Materials Control, SunSystem etc. both in Chinese and English version.熟练操作中英文版本的办公自动化软件和精通电脑操作并熟悉应用酒店自动化系统,如Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Opera PMS, MICROS POS, Materials Control, SunSystem系统等。3. At least 1 years or above related working experience in international hotel. 至少1年以上国际酒店工作经验。4. Basic ability of English in reading, writing and conversation.基本的英文阅读、写作和对话能力。
