Be responsible for providing timely and safe transportation according to the transportation policies and procedures.
Provide greetings, ‘cold or hot’ towel services and luggage assistance services to guests boarding and alighting the hotel vehicle.
Work closely with City insider to ensure all guest transportation requests are performed up to hotel and guest expectations.
Co-ordinate with Bell Attendant providing greeting and luggage service to guests in the lobby during heavy check-in and check-out periods.
Well known the urban traffic information, provide City Insider Information to guest if necessary.
Be responsible for the hotel vehicle license updating, ensure the vehicle key and license well maintained and smoothly hand over.
Managing the vehicle daily cleaning and maintenance program and keep in good working condition at all times reporting any defects immediately to Chief City insider for follow-up and rectification.
Assist to obtain updates on competitor hotels’ transportation charges and packages to feedback to Chief City insider for information and necessary follow-up.
Suggest and implement effective cost saving methods pertaining to transportation matters to ensure compliance to budget requirements.
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
C1 Driver licence.
3 years driving experience and hospitality experience.
