工作职责描述1.协助工程部总监并确保执行酒店的相关政策、规范和程序;2.所有会议准备相关材料:每日运营会议;3.确保遵循与财务记账,资金处理及营业执照相关的酒店、公司及当地的政策与法规等,及时准确的汇报财务信息;4.打印、存档并更新所有与部门相关的私人及机密文的件;5.建立系统且高效的电子档案和纸张档案存档系统,以利快速查找。Job Decription1.Assisting support to Director of Engineering and ensures the implementation of Hotel policies, standards, and procedures as they apply to the administrative functions;2.Prepares the relevant materials for all meetings attended by Department Meetings, 3.Ensures that all Hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing a read hered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information;4.Types, files, and upkeeps all private and confidential matters related to the department;5.Sets up a systematic and efficient filing system, both for hardcopies as well as all electronic data, that enables quick retrieval.
