3. 协助学习与发展经理确保所有培训项目及系统的落实和推广
To assist the Learning & Development Manager to facilitate the implementation of all training programs, Brand Training and hotel internal training to all associates, follow up and feedback and monitor the quality of training.
4. 协助学习与发展经理及各部门完成培训系统,保证员工及部门实际运用。保证实时更新各岗位职责描述、部门标准及程序以及培训纲要
To assist Learning & Development Manager and all department heads to set up a Training System and make sure the updating of all files & documentations of Job Description, SOP
5. 负责保存每位员工的参加培训记录
To ensure all training records are filed and statistic kept Up-to-date
6. 组织竞赛和活动以提高服务技能及知识,员工士气及团队精神
To organize all competitions, activities aimed to improve the service skill and knowledge, associate moral and team spirit.
7. 负责更新酒店告示栏上所有关于酒店内部及外部的新消息,部门内容及培训信息
Update the training notice board with all information on “what is happening in and outside hotel” and training information, GSI, knowledge, department info, hot announcement, hygiene & safety.
8. 确保员工熟练掌握员工产品知识及到达仪容仪表要求,并进行不定时抽查负责酒店基本服务标准
To track the result of associates product knowledge and grooming and conduct a regular and on random check to make sure associate meet the basic service standard.
9. 负责员工生日会的组织活动
Be responsible for the associate monthly birthday party
10. 负责员工招聘信息的每日更新
Be responsible for the Legend recruitment daily info’s update
11. 负责管理层团队的人员更新板
Be responsible for Management Board update
12. 组织新员工入职培训
Organize new associates’ orientation.
13. 负责日常部门培训检查
Be responsible for daily departmental training spot check.
14. 负责酒店产品知识的季度更新
Be responsible for updating quarterly hotel product knowledge
15. 负责培训设备及娱乐设施物品正常使用状态
Responsible for maintaining all training Items, equipment in good condition
16. 负责日常文具日用品的采购
Be responsible for purchasing daily office use
17. 协调各部门递交下月培训计划, 每月收集上月各部门培训实际出勤,更新员工培训记录
Coordinate that all the departments are forwarding the training plan every month, collect the training records for the past month and update the training records accordingly.
18. 确保员工被及时告知培训日程
Ensure Department Heads and associates are informed of the training schedule in advance.
19. 负责培训教室预订及准备培训资料及培训会场布置
Be responsible for training arrangements, training room bookings, material printing and training room set up
20. 协助组织授奖和证书颁发活动
Be responsible for the coordination of Reward and Certificate preparation and presentation
21. 保留每位员工的培训记录
To keep all training records of all associates up to date.
22. 负责组织新员工反馈会及实习生满意指数调查,促进信息反馈
Fully in charge of the new associate feedback meeting and trainee satisfaction survey, collect relevant comments and provide feedback to management team
23. 经人力资源总监及学习与发展经理认可,主持部分培训课程
Implement training functions and conduct training programs which are certified by the Learning & Development Manager.
24. 确保酒店培训记录日常化,规范化,实时系统更新
Maintain hotel training records for legislative inspections on a regular basis.
25. 贯彻标准和相应服务保证培训和发展符合酒店实际情况
Implement tools and services to ensure training and development programs are meeting the hotel’s objectives.
26. 协助贯彻衡量培训结果的成本-收益分析方法
Assist implementing methods for evaluating cost-effectiveness of training programs.
27. 协助按照采购程序明细单进行采购和库存
Assist in purchasing stock/inventory according to purchasing procedures and specifications.
28. 使用“人力资源管理系统”协调员工培训和发展
Co-ordinate associate training and development using the Human Resources Management System
29. 随时表现出职业态度和行为
Demonstrate professional attitude and behavior at all times.
