【岗位要求】
1、具备领导才能,了解所负责部门对各职位的责任
2、掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识,掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统
3、了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场,会议旅游及餐饮销售
4、能够掌握和理解市场和竞争
5、必须具备良好的中,英文读写能力
6、良好的人际交往和沟通技巧
7、独立工作和团队工作的能力
8、有销售与市场推广方面的经验, 包括在国际连锁酒店的管理经验并有最少3年的销售经理经历,
有国际品牌同岗位工作经验优先
Primary Responsibilities 主要职责:
· Make guests friendly when provide personal service. Ensure guests feel the real five star service level .
· Provide clean room service according to the hotel standard to make sure the Highest guests satisfaction.
· Make sure all the vacant room can be rent at any time.
· Clean the floor and all the service areas according to the hotel standard.
· Finish the work list when a room is cleaned.
· Check and put the articles in the min-bar and open a bill list.
· Write a bepont of cleaning the room after cleaning a room.
· 在提供个人服务时要让客人感到亲切,确保客人感受到的服务是真正的五星级服务。
· 根据酒店所建立的标准提供干净的客房服务,以确保客人最大程度的满意。
· 确保所有的空房间随时保持出租状态。
· 根据酒店标准打扫客用楼层和所有服务区域。
· 每做完一间房后应完成做房工作表。
· 检查、填充迷你吧内的物品并开出账单。
· 每打扫完一间房后填写做房报告表。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验:
· Health and hard working.
· 1 year abobve experience.
· 身体健康,能吃苦耐劳。
· 有同等岗位一年以上经验。
· Provide a consistent room and bathroom product and service adjacent areas that meets the hotel’s standards for cleanliness and presentation and offering high quality service.
负责客房、浴室和相关区域的产品能符合酒店的清洁和规定标准及为客人提供高质量服务。
· Responsible for the cleanliness in floor public area and the tidiness of pantry.
负责楼层公共区域和工作间的卫生。
· Abide by Supervisor instruction and make up the urgent guestroom.
服从主管的指示,先整理紧急的房间。
· Clean guestroom in the following order: early guests request, occupied room with make-up sign, arrival guestrooms, occupied rooms, check out rooms.
按以下顺序打扫房间:清早客人有要求的,住房有打扫房间标志的及已经预定了退房,住房,退房。
· Everyday check in in advance 15minutes and check out after 15minutes, then know assignment and take work report and keys.
每天应提前十五分钟到部门签到和推后十五分钟签退,然后领取各自区域的报表及钥匙。
· To inspect if there is damaged equipment or Lost & Found and report to Housekeeping office in time.
及时检查如有设备损坏,或有遗留和丢失物品应及时报到客房部办公室。
· To fill in Room Attendant work report form as required.
按照要求填写客房服务人才作报告。
1.Be informed about
daily operations and events.
了解酒店每日营运情况及各种活动。
2.Know all frequent
customers and is familiar with their special requests. Ensure that their needs
are met.
熟悉了解所有常客并且知道他们的特殊喜好,保证他们的要求得到满足。
3.Be familiar with
cultural differences and know correct behavior for each culture. Also know the
different protocols and etiquette.
清楚文化差异并且知道各种文化正确的举止,明白不同的礼节礼仪。
4.Be knowledgeable about
all emergencies plans and know how to act upon them.
知道如何处理各种紧急情况并且发生紧急情况下知道如何作出正确反应。
5.Report any unusual
occurrences immediately to the front office manager
发生任何异常情况都要及时通知前厅经理。
6.Operate OPERA well and
able to use key card system, trouble shoot basic guest key lock issues.
熟练使用OPERA系统,并且可以使用钥匙系统。
7.Provides warm welcome
and detailed service to hotel guest. Ensure all necessary guest information are
properly recorded and loaded in OPERA system, front desk keeps the paper trail.
为酒店客人提供热情并且细致的服务,确保所有必须的客人信息准确记录在OPERA系统里。
8.Assist to ensure
executive lounge/floor area is under smooth operation, including buffet set up,
meeting room, business center, guest booking and special guest requests.
帮助行政酒廊运营顺利,包括自助餐的摆放,行政会议室,商务中心,客人预定及特殊要求。
9.Be familiar with daily
in-coming VIP and Repeat guests. Get prepared and ready at the beginning of
shift.
熟悉及了解当日到店的重要客人及回头客,在每个班次开始之前做好准备事宜。
10.Coordinate with
bellstaff, concierge and front desk staff to ensure all front of house area is
operating professionally.
与礼宾部及前台员工就做好协调确保前台专业的营运。
11.Needs to be able to
perform in front office functions.
