PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
主要职责
· Well master the design software and work efficiently.
熟练运用设计软件保证工作效率
· Maintain a work schedule calendar adhering to the deadlines to be achieved.
安排好工作的时间计划,在截止日期前及时完成各项工作任务。
· Well master and apply The Brand Standard
熟练掌握和应用安岚品牌设计标准
· Provide and submit design for posters, flyers, brochures, newsletter and other promotional collateral used by the hotels as required.
设计制作酒店的各种促销品,如海报、宣传单页、宣传册、月刊等。
· Maintain the photo library on daily basis, make sure all the pictures are well sorted and on hand.
每日整理酒店图片库,保证所有照片都合理归类并方便查找
· Collect collaterals from sister hotels/competitor hotels/other benchmark hotel for reference.
收集整理姐妹酒店,竞争酒店及其他品牌酒店的设计宣传品
· Provide and submit decoration proposal for major promotions held in the hotel e.g. Christmas.
设计提交关于酒店内的装饰方案,如圣诞节等。
· Maintain the department cameras, make sure the disk card is free and battery is full when needed.
维护市场销售部相机,保证每次使用时电量充足且内存卡有空余。
· Monitor the hotel elevator and banquet screen, make sure all the promotions are updated on time.
监督酒店电梯及宴会屏幕,保证所有推广都按时更新
· Demonstrate essential overall knowledge of the organization
掌握集团的全面及关键信息
· Understand the responsibilities of other sections and departments and co-operate with them.
理解各部门职能并密切与各部门配合工作
· Take pictures for hotel events and promotions.
为酒店活动或推广拍摄照片。
· Initiate requisitions and maintains control to achieve an adequate stock of artist material required for the department. And maintain effective control of all expenses.
根据工作计划与内容有效控制工作材料储备及成本。
· Any relative jobs as required by hotel.

REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
· Diploma in Graphic Design.
具有平面设计的大专学历
· Minimum one year in public graphic design position, hotel experience preferred.
至少一年设计师职位经验,最好有酒店服务经验。
· Good communications skills
良好的沟通技能
· Tasks and Project Management
具有工作和项目的管理能力
· Proficient in the use of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW.
