品牌设计师将负责设计品牌传播、市场营销所需的宣传物料。包括但不限于宣传册,销售手册, 社交媒体广告、酒店设施标识及其他促销宣传物料。作为团队成员,有机会与集团旗下不同品牌合作。
岗位职责
- 推进设计任务,把控设计进展及落地情况。
- 为网站、社交媒体和其他营销物料进行创意视觉、原创图形设计
- 把控品牌标准,确保品牌输出的一致性
- 运用恰当的手法准确表现丰富多样的创意,有效呈现创意内容
- 优化概念图像排版布局
- 必要时为其他营销团队提供设计支持
- 与团队合作,优化项目执行周期及预算
任职要求
- 工作地点为上海
- 2-4年平面设计相关经验,有成熟的品牌VI和标识开发设计工作经验
- 流利的英语和普通话
- 精通设计相关专业技能,包括印刷、数码、视频和灯光动画等
- 对品牌设计理念有深度认知和理解能力,对所有对外输出的视觉进行把控和管理
- 组织制定工作流程的能力
- 善于倾听和沟通。具备强烈的学习热情和自驱力,有提案能力
- 熟练使用Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). 精通After Effects, Premier Pro, Microsoft Office applications
About the Role
As a Brand Designer you will be in charge of creating and designing both external and internal facing materials that will be used for brand communication, marketing and promotional purposes. You will be working on materials that include but not confined to brochures, sales booklets, social media posts, hotel amenities and other consumer-centric touch points. As part of the corporate marketing team, you will also have the opportunity to work with the different brands within Millennium Hotels and Resorts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee creative design on materials from concept to delivery
- Develop creative visuals, original graphics and content for websites, social media and other marketing materials
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects
- Translate complex ideas into focused design and creative narravtives.
- Refine concepts, images, typography, and layouts
- Support other marketing communication teams on design when the need arises
- Review and problem solve timelines and resource needs with team and manger to ensure delivery of creative on time and on budget
Qualifications
- Base in Shanghai
- 2 – 4 years of experience in graphic design with direct experience in the development and governance of branded visual identity materials
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Skilled in a variety of design specialties, including print, digital, video and light animation using industry standard software programs
- Experience working with brand guidelines and leveraging digital asset management systems to deliver branded assets and templates to a wide audience
- A high-level of organization with strong ability to create and improve processes
- Excellent listening and communication skills. You are pro-active in asking questions to better understand the goals of a project and you confidently articulate your designs as they relate to the objectives outlined in the creative brief.
- High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Proficient in After Effects, Premier Pro, Microsoft Office applications
