1) Marketing 市场部职能
a. Work with corporate lyf team and cluster marketing team in the execution of marketing strategies and plans for lyf properties within the city.

b. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
关注市场趋势和竞争对手的各类活动
c. Contribute property-specific and local-specific content for social media coverage
编写物业/当地特定内容以提高物业在社交媒体的关注度
d. Create and update lyf neighbourhood guide
创建并更新 lyf 社区指导
e. Responsible for updating property webpage on lyf website
负责在 lyf 网站上更新物业的主页
2) Community Management and Events 社区管理及活动执行
a. Actively research trends and hot topics so the lyf brand can better connect with our
target audience through our events and social media content.
积极研究流行趋势和热议话题,通过我们的活动和社交媒体让 lyf 品牌能更好的与我们的目标客户联系在一起。
b. Plan and execute both onsite and #virtuallyf content to drive awareness and leads for lyf community and locations (including launch events, conference presence / sponsorships, pop-ups, field activations, etc)
准备 lyf 内容,策划并执行现场和线上#virtuallyf 活动(包括开幕活动、出席会议/赞助活动、快闪、场地启动等),以增加品牌知名度,提高公众对 lyf 社区及地点的认知度。
c. Create relevant pre and post-event marketing content to publicize and drive participation for the events, including posters, EDMs, social media posts, articles, updating website content etc.
设计完成活动前后营销内容,包括海报、EDMs、社交媒体发帖、文案、更新网站内容等, 以促进宣传效果,加大活动曝光度与参与度。
d. Build and manage events strategy and creative development, including budgeting, processes, programming, and working with internal and external partners
建立和管理活动策略与创意开发,包括制定预算、流程、方案设计,并与内外部合作伙伴协作。
e. Create a network of partnerships with relevant merchants (eg: F&B, retail, festivals, art, design, tech, crafts, concerts, sports) to get special rates/preferred access for residents and guests
与相关行业合作伙伴建立合作关系网络及联系(如餐饮、零售、节庆、艺术、设计、技术、手工艺、音乐会、体育),为居民和客人获得增值服务与权益。
f. Serve as liaison for community / building-level event leads to manage execution
作为主要联系人协调社区或大厦层面各种活动的负责人,并管理执行。
g. Serve as HQ liaison for special events in the region
做为总部主要联络人,负责区域内的特殊活动。
h. Evaluate post-event ROI, in coordination with lyf Champion and/or Corporate lyf team
与 lyf 掌门或总部 lyf 团队合作,共同参与评估活动后的投资回报率。
i. Manage event rsvp and collect email addresses for email marketing purpose
管理活动受邀人信息,收集他们的邮箱地址,以便通过电邮进行营销。
j. Curate and plan calendar of events and content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Weibo, WeChat or TikTok – whenever necessary. This should include at least 1 event a week with at least 1 #virtuallyf content/event a month. 为住客们安排并计划活动日历,准备内容在各类社交媒体发布,如 Instagram、Facebook、微博、微信或 TikTok。必须包括至少每周一次的社区活动和每月一次的#virtuallyf 活动。
k. Monitor and respond to guest feedback on the case management system in a timely manner.

Requirements:
· Degree with at least 1 year experience in events planning, partnerships curation and social media marketing. OR Diploma with at least 2-3 years in events planning, partnerships curation and social media marketing.
本科及以上学历,具有至少 1 年的活动策划、业务伙伴开发和社交媒体营销经验。或大专或以上学历,至少 2-3 年的活动策划、业务伙伴开发和社交媒体营销经验。
· Supervisory experience / small team management will be good but not a must.

· Marketing and/or events experience preferred

· Highly creative and able to formulate a unique vision for our communities and residents

· Able to work on weekends for lyf community events if required
