Primary Responsibilities主要职责
· Responsible for supervising all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverage of the banquet.
· Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items.
· Responsible for employee work arrangement, to ensure they have sufficient service personnel。
· Reports records of sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment to superiors.
· Monitors and supervises service at the assigned station in the restaurant.
· 负责监督宴会厅各方面工作。
· 指导员工做准备、服务及菜单方面的工作。
· 负责员工的工作安排,以确保有足够的服务人员。
· 汇报有关销售、客人投诉及所涉及人员、设备的情况。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
· Minimum of 1years banquet management experience.
· Ability to train and develop new team members.
· Ability to communicate at all levels.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· 至少1年的酒店餐饮宴会管理经验。
· 能力的培养和发展团队新成员。
· 较强的口头和书面沟通能力。
· 较好地与各个阶层沟通。
