Full comprehension of all beverage and cocktail lists inclusive of preparation, method and correct service presentation.
Service Bar 'Mise en Place' every shift. This must be to the standard of the restaurant as requested by the Dining room manager/ Assistant manager.
Be ready to serve coffee, tea and other hot beverages on time.
Replenish and dispose of all items required by the bar on a daily basis, keeping them properly, neatly and efficiently, including the required paper reports.
Responsible for the work assigned by the restaurant manager, and can complete it efficiently.
Good team player and able to work under pressure.
Serious, Confident, Takes Initiative, Customer-oriented.
Interested in F&B.
Relevant work experience preferred.
English speaking is preferred.
