It is the responsibility of CDP keeps his/her area well stocked at all times and all services required ready.
Know the recipes, colors and flavors of all items on the chef's menu.
Actively participate in all training activities.
Check raw material quality, storage and usage in responsible area.
Works with the Sous chef to direct and conduct training on food preparation, hygiene and dress standards.
Report to the Sous Chef on all aspects of the mouths, including kitchen equipment, working conditions, staff issues and relations with other departments.
Good team player and able to work under pressure.
Serious, Confident, Takes Initiative, Customer-oriented.
Interested in F&B.
Relevant work experience preferred.
