Job Responsibilities:
It is the responsibility of CDP keeps his/her area well stocked at all times and all services required ready.
Know the recipes, colors and flavors of all items on the chef's menu.
Actively participate in all training activities.
Check raw material quality,storage and usage in responsible area.
Works with the Sous chef to direct and conduct training on food preparation,hygiene and dress standards.
Report to the Sous Chef on all aspects of the mouths, including kitchen equipment,working conditions,staff issues and relations with other departments.
Job Requirements:
Good team player and able to work under pressure.
Serious,Confident,Takes Initiative,Customer-oriented.
Interested in F&B.
Relevant work experience preferred.

与助理厨师长一起指导并开展有关食品准备、卫生及着装标准的培训。
向助理厨师长报告负责档口的所有情况,包括厨房设备、工作环境、员工问题及与其他部门的关系。
