岗位职责:负责完成每日职责范围内的任务确保所有的厨房设备运作正常,合理作用确保厨房各部门操作的专业性,并保证厨房内所有工作都达到甚至超过既定的质量及卫生等各方面的所有标准有盈利意识,时刻注意成本控制,并负责每日的食品定货工作在整个餐饮服务运营过程中,对所有食品及饮料的制作过程详细检查,并采取必要的措施纠正所有未达到标准的偏差协助厨师与管事员工,基层员工的翻译沟通工作协助准备和控制每日、每周的购货单激励员工并自己以身作则将自己的技巧,知识,态度,沟通和团队精神带到部门.并始终保持专业的态度 岗位要求: 在知名五星酒店或同等级别餐厅至少7年工作经验良好的团队合作精神,能够在压力下工作认真自信,积极主动,以客户为导向有意从事服务行业有相关工作经验者优先英语熟练者优先 Job Responsibilities:Be responsible for the day to day running of the assigned duties.Ensure that all kitchen equipment is functioning properly.Ensures that all kitchen departments operate professionally and that all work in the kitchen meets or exceeds established standards in all aspects of quality and hygiene.Be profitability and cost conscious and needs to be responsible in the daily requisitioning of all food goods.Conduct a detailed inspection of all food and beverage preparation procedures throughout the F&B operation and take necessary actions to correct any deviations that are not up to standard.Assist chefs to communicate with stewarding staff and grassroots staff.Assist in the preparation and control of daily and weekly market lists.Motivate employees and lead by example.Bring your skills, knowledge, attitude, communication and team spirit to the department. And remain professional at all times. Job Requirements: Good working experience around the world in well known hotels or restaurants at least 7 years.Good team player and able to work under pressure.Serious, Confident, Takes Initiative, Customer-oriented.Interested in F&B.Relevant work experience preferred.English speaking is preferred.
