准备和提供每日厨房运作所必需的各项食品原材料.
保持工作区、储藏区及冷藏区的整洁,并保持所有这些区域符合卫生标准。
帮助并准备各项以后厨房运作所需要的准备工作.
随时对厨工和实习生提供帮助并加以督导
执行上级主管不时要求的其他合理职责

Job responsibilities:
Prepare and provide all food materials necessary for daily kitchen operation.
Keep working areas, storage areas and refrigerated areas clean and tidy. Maintain all these areas in compliance with hygienic standards.
Assist in preparation of all relevant 'Mise en Place' for future use.
Offer support and guidance to cooks and trainee cooks at all times.
Perform such other reasonable duties as may be requested by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Good team player and able to work under pressure.
Serious, Confident, Takes Initiative, Customer-oriented.
Interested in F&B.
Relevant work experience preferred.
English speaking is preferred.
