JOB PURPOSE:
To provide efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical (including travel/transportation) assistance to the Chairman; helping him to manage and prioritize his time effectively and smoothly.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY DUTIES:
•Manage and maintain the Chairman’s daily diary, and regular meetings and organize meeting agendas systematically.
•Timely ensure the Chairman’s important appointments and high-level commitments are reminded; papers and related documents are prepared, plus agreements are managed effectively.
•Organize the Chairman’s meetings, upcoming engagements, invitations, and conference calls (online meetings) and assist in planning future appointments and itineraries.
•Keep and maintain an accurate record of financial papers and electronic files and related documents and valuable data and the company’s relevant information (Financial/PR/Marketing/Branding/VI Materials) on the computer.
•Keeps the Chairman’s meeting minutes, and instructions and makes timely follow-ups on key projects; monitor the swift implementation until the completion of the said projects while meeting the given deadlines and target dates of completion.
•Highlight urgent matters and added to the Chairman’s top priorities and attention.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of exposure in the food and beverage industry and/or acted as Hotel GM’s Secretary, or Company’s Assistant to CEO; and other related positions in the hospitality or tourism industry; a college or university graduate holding a bachelor’s degree in a related field of hospitality/hotel management and/or tourism.
•He/she must possess high level of skills in Ms Word/Excel/Powerpoint and familiar with most current social media systems, Mobile phone APPs and IT related tools and functions.
•Familiarity with Food and Beverage Concepts/German Beers/Western Menus/Western Dining Etiquette/Financial Reports & Analysis/PR/Sales & Marketing is required.
•A good knowledge of loyalty membership card sales, event sales & budgeting is a major plus.
•Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with high efficiency and work quality.
•Local driving license/at least 2 years driving experiences is required

要求:
理想的候选人应该在餐饮业至少有2年的工作经验,和/或担任过酒店总经理的秘书,或公司首席执行官的助理;以及在酒店或旅游业的其他相关职位;在酒店/酒店管理和/或旅游的相关领域拥有学士学位的学院或大学毕业生。
-他/她必须具备高水平的Word/Excel/Powerpoint技能,并熟悉当前的社交媒体系统、手机APP和IT相关工具和功能。
-需要熟悉食品和饮料概念/德国啤酒/西餐菜单/西餐礼仪/财务报告和分析/公关/销售和市场营销。
-对忠诚会员卡销售、活动销售和预算有良好的了解是一个重要的优势。
-能够在压力下工作,并在截止日期前完成高效率和高质量的工作。
-需要本地驾驶执照/至少2年的驾驶经验
