Primary Responsibilities主要职责
• Manage the performance of the Owner’s Lounge.
• Adherence to Owner’s Lounge operating standards, F&B control & quality, presentation and services.
• Manage a F&B team to be current with hotel services as well as with personalized owner’s request, special events and function catering.
• Ensure that the team projects a professional manner with emphasis on F&B service and hospitality.
• Ensuring that Owners Lounge maintain a first class and positive visual impact including; ambiance, cleanliness, orderliness, décor and service flows.
• Work together with Residences Manger to develop new menu ideas and promotions.
• Work with Lounge team to create new ideas and promotions resulting in sales increase opportunities.
• Provide feedback and sound advice to Residences Director of guest’s concerns and comments. Consolidate and manage guests’ feedback for follow up actions, other suggestions for improvement and report to Residences Manager.
• Adherence to health & safety standard, ensure cleanliness schedules are followed and hygiene standard is observed at all times.
• Ensure that proper use of all F&B equipment and cleanliness is maintained.
• Provide daily supervision, coordination and direction to colleagues, anticipating and ensuring prompt actions to issues.
• Ensure proper handing over between shifts and follow up with outstanding activities or issues.
• Keep abreast of the current local F&B activities, promotional events and services.
• Maintain a checklist to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness at the Lounge, Gym, Kid’s Playroom, Garden Plato and washrooms. Account for all equipment to ensure that it is in working condition.
• Actively promote F&B services to owners and guests and drive additional revenues.
• Monitor budget, plan/forecast to maximize revenue and resources, food and beverage cost control, pilferage & wastage control and recovery of disputed revenue.
• Negotiate best F&B offers with suppliers, including promotional activities.
• Monitor and conduct daily and periodic inventories and stock takes with proper maintenance and logging & record.

• 遵守食品安全卫生标准,确保保洁日程安排和卫生标准一致在监管状态。
• 确保适度利用所有餐饮设备并保持在清洁状态。
• 提高日常监督,协调和指导员工,期待和确保对发生事件做出迅速反应。
• 确保班次之间适当的交接并跟进未解决的事情或问题。
• 随时了解当地实时的餐饮活动、促销活动及服务。
• 维护一张检查表确保酒廊、健身房、儿童娱乐室、会所花园和洗手间保持高标准的清洁和整洁,而且对于所有的设备都有责任确保运作正常。
• 积极主动的推销餐饮服务给业主和客人,带动额外的收入。
• 监控预算预测最大值的收益与资源,食物和饮料成本的控制。
• 与供应商协商餐饮最低报价,包括推广活动。
• 监管和管理日常库存和定期盘点,维护库存时要进行登记并记录。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
• Minimum one year experience as a manager in a fast paced, high quality and successful F&B operation of a 5 star hotel / restaurant or café.
• Exceptional F&B knowledge and passion for product and quality.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, administrative and analytical skills required.
• Strong guest interaction skills required.
• Flexible in terms of working hours.
• High level of technical service skills and wine & cigar knowledge.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated and definite team player.
• Working knowledge of Micros, Word, Excel, Outlook necessary.
• Strong promotional and marketing experience.
• Awareness of the latest international food & beverage trends.

Fairmont Chengdu, situated within the Palm Springs International Centre, is located in the heart of Tianfu New Area and Chengdu Hi-tech Zone and is adjacent to the Century City New International Convention & Exhibition Center, Global Center and the Tianfu Software Park.
