Key Duties and Responsibilities 主要义务和职责
Reports to Supervisor and Manager and performs tasks and assignments as is necessary.

Maintains all kitchen and laundry equipment as well as other related equipment in this area

Carries out preventive maintenance as per laid down guidelines and manual.

Must perform shift coverage as requested to do so

Becomes Familiar with the total layout of all kitchen area.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical or Electronics.

Strong Background Preventative and Reactive Maintenance

Experience of Food Hygiene Implications and Materials suitable for Kitchen equipment use

Experience and Training on Gas LPG Pressure Systems
