To maintain the accuracy of reservation details and profile data in order to facilitate smooth operation and data analysis.
5.合并所有重复的客人资料。
To ensure duplicate guest history records are merged at all times relevant.
6.随时向预订部经理和/或领班报告部门内所有工作内容及进展。
To ensure the Reservations Manager and/or Team Leader are kept informed of all developments within the department.
7.认真记录所有预订等候名单及相关详细信息。
To ensure all waitlisted business is recorded appropriately.
8.熟知所有公司的信贷政策,确保可以收到所有待付款项。
To adhere to all company credit policies to ensure all revenue expected will be received.
9.严格按照预先规定的房量及价格处理预订查询。
To adhere to pre-set availability and rate controls.
10.确保24小时内及时回复所有信件,传真及电子邮件。
To ensure all correspondences, faxes and electronic mail to be promptly replied within 24 hours.
11.有条理的安排储存所有存档文件,档案和资料。
To maintain all files, records and documents in an orderly manner.
12.与销售及会议服务人员紧密协作,在系统中准确地录入所有团队和会议预订资料。
To co-ordinate closely with Sales/Convention Services personnel to enter all data for Groups/ Convention bookings.
