The Director of MICE is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of
meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions within the organization.
This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities,
and a comprehensive understanding of the MICE industry. The Director of MICE
will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure
successful planning and execution of MICE events, resulting in positive
experiences and optimal outcomes.
Duties and Supporting Responsibilities
1.Lead and manage the MICE department, including a team of event
planners and coordinators
2.Develop and implement the strategic vision and goals for the
MICE department, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
3.Plan, organize, and execute high-quality MICE events,
including meetings, conferences, incentives, and exhibitions, ensuring they
meet the clients' requirements and exceed their expectations.
4.Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives,
budget constraints, and preferences, and provide innovative solutions to meet
