WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Experience: 3 to 5 years’ relevant sales or business development experience.
Hotel experience, Front Office or Guest Relationship experience is a plus.
· Education:
University or diploma holder in any discipline.
·
Skills: Strong business sense with development and distribution, with knowledge of travel market a plus. Strong
negotiation and selling skills. Computer literate. Excellent command of both
written and spoken English and Chinese.
·
Personality: Great team player, but also able to work independently. Enjoy
working in a fun, dynamic and creative environment.
WHAT
YOU’LL DO:
·
Assist DOS in achieving monthly and year-end budget of travel trade segments.
· Work
with Revenue, Reservation as well as Guest Experience team to general all the
travel/leisure business.
·
Lead site inspections and entertaining travel trade account decision makers and
booking handlers,
· Be
responsible for regular
partnership develop & maintenance with travel agents, overseas partners.
·
Explore business opportunity
via travel trade partners through courtesy calls.
·
Attend tradeshows/ sales trips both locally and overseas.
· Assistant DOS to work with central support office and overseas
partners of Swire Hotels to promote the property regular travel business.
·
Take up special assignments, work with property operation team for VIP/HH/High Profile Client
business
instructed by DOS.
·
Maintain effective communication with Hoteliers in order to obtain market
intelligence.
