根据市场营销经理的指示和部门营业目标、销售重点，制定具体的销售计划，并认真加以实施。协助部门经理进行销售预测，制订商务会议、散客、长包房客人的销售策略及销售工作计划，并加以落实。负责对潜在客户进行促销访问，与老客户保持良好关系，设法开发新客户。经授权代表酒店与客户签订商务会议散客销售协议或长包房协议，并与其他部门沟通，保证协议的顺利实施。负责处理商务市场客户的电话、传真或信函。负责酒店内使用的各种优惠卡的发放和管理工作。处理长包房、商务散客销售中的日常事务工作。
