Main responsibilities主要职责1. Provide prompt, efficient and courteous services to guests, members and visitors向客人、会员和来访者提供及时、高效和礼貌的服务。2. Maintain swimming pool facilities according to set standards of order and cleanliness按照既定次序和清洁标准来维护游泳池设施。3. Report repairs and maintenance problems to supervisor向主管汇报维修和保养问题。4. Familiarize yourself with facilities, activities, equipment, services and other pertinent information in order to provide guest with accurate information熟悉酒店的设施、活动、设备、服务和其它相关情况,以便向客人提供准确信息。5. Be knowledgeable about all hotel facilities in order to promote and sell them to guests熟知酒店所有设施,以便向客人进行推销。6. Ensure guests amenities, towels, linen and other guests needs have ample supply确保充分供应客人的用品、毛巾、布草等。7. Follow hotel procedures in relation to pool towel issue and retrieval遵守酒店关于泳池毛巾的发放和回收的工作程序。8. Liaise with inter-facing departments such as Laundry, Housekeeping and Engineering to provide great service与关联部门,如洗衣房、客房部和工程部保持良好沟通,以向客人提供上乘服务。9. Conduct activities and services for guest, members and registered children while giving proper instruction and safety reminders为客人、会员和已登记的儿童开展活动与服务,对其做相关说明并提醒其注意安全。10. Abide by rules and regulations and policies and procedures of hotel遵守酒店的各项规章制度、政策和工作程序。11. Always inspections of pool grounds to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained对游泳池时时的进行视察,以确保其达到清洁标准。12. Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the swimming pool is up to standard.确保泳池区域的清洁卫生需达到标准。13. Ensure the swimming pool is safe and all customers are well look after.确保游泳池的安全工作和客人的人身安全。14. Report to your immediate supervisor or manager regarding any issues任何事件要及时与主管或经理汇报.15. Verify and check all daily operating checklists and operating forms.检查确保完成每天的检查清单和营业报表。16. Update and input all necessary reports necessary for monitoring.更新和填写所有必要的报表,以便监督。17. Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.完成其他管理者指定的其它任务。18. Oversees the daily movement of guest activities and be able to resolve any guest complaints and to establish an amicable relationship with guests, clients and customers of the Hotel.观察客人的日常行为和活动,消除客人的不满并且同客人以及饭店的客户建立起友好关系。23. Through close supervision, recommends improvement in Health Center operation, especially in the aspects of developing better service standards, increasing revenue and reducing costs.通过细致入微的管理改善健身中心的运作,特别是提高服务标准,以使健身中心增加收入、减少损失。24. Keep the good relationship and communication with each Members & Guests that to achieve the goal of Health center Membership Development.与会员和客人之间建立良好的沟通和关系来达到健身中心会员发展的目的。25. To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties or job functions as required by Management from time to time.要始终服从并负责酒店管理层根据工作需要分配的工作或其它职责。26. Carries out other tasks as directed by supervisor完成上级交代的其他任务。Education / Professional experience学历/专业经验1. High School Education.高中学历。2. Lifeguard certificate is required.需求救生员证书1 years Health Center experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity. 3. 最好拥有在相似规模酒店1年健身中心工作经验。Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表酒店、品牌和公司,与顾客、员工和第三方交往的能力。4. Good writing skills.具有良好写作技能。5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.熟练使用微软办公软件。
