Scope of Position
The Fitness Instructor ensures that the gym and fitness studio are maintained to standard, and hygiene policies are adhered to. Fitness Instructor is to provide personal assistance to any individual booking private training sessions, and if qualified, conduct fitness classes.
Requirements
Educational level:
Possess an ACE certification and be CPR certified.
Must have current Lifeguard Certification – Shanghai ID format licence.
First Aid is desirable.
Work experience:
At least 2 years experience as personal fitness instructor preferable in hotel or club.
Job knowledge:
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks .
Must be self-motivated.
Must work in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
Must have a commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to the Spa and hotel.
Must be able to relate to all levels of management and colleagues.
Must have knowledge of holistic concepts that relate to the well being of all guests in a spa and fitness environment.
To set a standard at all times in professionalism, appearance and attitude as expected of all spa and fitness colleagues.
To be adaptable and accountable for all actions.
Consistently strive for a higher level of achievement both personally and professionally
Must have the ability of working together as a team.
Familiar in using high technology equipment e.g Technogym or Lifefitness
Good training skill.
Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities to keep up the team spirit
Good time management.

健身指导在健身主管的管理下,遵守健身主管为员工制定的操作流程、行为条例和仪容仪表标准,遵守公司的制度。健身指导需要提供私人课程的指导。
职位要求
教育水平
拥有健身教练资格证书并被 CPR认可,拥有CPR认可的救生员证。
工作经验
至少2年私人教练经验,酒店或俱乐部工作经验最佳。
工作知识
必须愿意接受灵活的工作时间,以便于完成工作任务。
必须以自觉、安全,谨慎,有组织性的态度来工作。
必须能够遵守当地和公司关于水疗中心及酒店的政策措施。
必须能够和不同的管理层及同事,保持良好关系。
必须有为客人健康着想的整全观念。
始终保持专业标准,健身和水疗中心同事的仪容仪表和工作态度都要符合酒店的标准。
适应性强,对自己的行为负责。
在个人或专业方面始终追求更高的成就。
必须有团队精神。
熟悉使用高科技设备如:Technogym 或 Lifefitness 。
具备良好的培训技巧和领导能力。
有良好的时间管理能力。
