1. Ensure through effective supervision that all services offered at the Spa are carried out with utmost
professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.
2. Oversee, supervise and monitor all facets of daily operations.
3. Participate and assist in the development of Job Description manuals for each division.
4. Interview, hire, train, supervise and evaluate all supervisors and associate of respective division
5. Ensure all guests and visitors to Spa leave with a pleasant experience.
6. Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through effective relations and inter-personal skills.
7. Conduct inspection tours of the facility.
1. Respond actively and quickly to changes in the Spa operations as dictates by the industry, company or
2. Undertake any other assignments and duties as may be required from time to time.
3. Ensure that gambling, squabbling, smoking, consumption of alcohol, or the use of dangerous drugs are
strictly prohibited in the premises at all times.
4. Protect and preserve the Company’ s interest, reputation, and image at all times.
5. Performs any additional duties as directed by supervisors
6. Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
7. Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform and body language.
8. Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the company is represented
9. Attends meetings and training as required by the Training Executive
10. Ensure that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and within parameters of applicable law
11. Interacts with guests actively, soliciting feedback.
