· The Foot Receptionist is responsible with daily operational activities to meet with
the spa’s objectives according to the InterContinental Spa Brand standards.

Stand by at the reception to attend to
guest enquiries, do a spa tour and check emails.

· Take appointment and schedule
treatments according to the therapist’s turn

按照上钟顺序按排足疗师,为客人做预约

To give instruction to the therapists
on what product to prepare for their next treatment and treatment room’s
allocation.

Ensure therapists report to work punctual
·

If guest doesn’t shown up at the
appointment time, to follow up with reminder call and ensured all treatments
are taking place as scheduled

Work in close co-operation with the
spa attendants to ensure that all areas including reception, treatment rooms
and storage are kept organized, clean and tidy
·

To greet guest in an appropriately
polite and welcoming manner, and that they remain courteous to them at all
times

To answer all guest questions and
enquiries to the best of her ability and knowledge
