服从炒锅厨师安排,认真执行食堂卫生、安全等各项规章制度。

负责零点与各种宴会及团体包桌的出菜工作,做好炒锅、砧板部门之间协调工作

负责准备好炉头必用的生产工具,如:勺、铲、毛巾等餐具的填充,花草装饰等
