    基本职责 区域工程副总监负责开业酒店的工程项目及改造项目的审计、支持和管理。向酒店工程部收集能源、材料消耗信息,进行综合、分析,向酒店提出改进方向和建议。推行集团统一的各项标准和行动计划,跟踪最新的工程管理的产品和技术并在酒店进行有效的运用。全面掌控筹建酒店的工程进度。参与预开业酒店的检查。培训、培养和发掘有潜力的酒店工程管理人才。 职责和义务 1. 对已开业酒店进行不少于一年一次的现场工程审计,包括工程、装饰的维修、维保状况,遗留问题等。向酒店总经理和工程总监提供审计报告。 2. 每月一次收集已开业酒店的能源消耗数据,对所有数据进行整合,进行横向和纵向的比较,指出能源消耗出现的问题,将意见反馈给相关酒店。 3. 组织一年一度的工程年会。包括年会的时间、地点、参与的人员确认、会议的进程安排、获奖酒店的表彰等。 4. 与酒店重要的设备供应公司保持联系,跟踪最新的技术和设备,实施集团范围的产品升级、节能改造及技术培训。 5. 对已开业酒店的重大工程事故、安全事故等进行调查和原因分析,向集团管理层提供调查报告和改进措施。 6.参与酒店工程部人事安排的意见,有计划地培养、发掘酒店的工程管理人才,为酒店工程管理人才提出职业发展计划,提升服务意识和忠诚度。 7. 全面掌控筹建酒店的工程进度,按计划巡视工地现场,协助业主方推进各项设计工作及施工进度,及时提供各项设计方案审核意见及工地现场的工程缺陷,确保酒店按计划开业。 8. 对预开业的酒店进行不少于两次的开业前检查。分析预开业酒店的工程月报,协助预开业酒店解决重要问题,支持和协助预开业酒店的工程培训和人员支援调动。 9. 协助已开业酒店的工程和装修改造,评估改造时间、费用及实施措施,提出专业性的指导意见并尽量降低对酒店运营的影响。 10. 与酒店前期技术服务项目工程师保持密切的联系,随时反馈酒店使用中的设计和运营问题,以便不断提升酒店前期服务的针对性和技术水平。 11. 协助并参与前期技术服务团队提供对新酒店的前期技术服务。 工作要求 1. 工程或建筑相关专业。 2. 至少15年的相关酒店工程管理经验,如果有项目管理经验更好。 3. 很强的领导力,做事果断,有很好的团队精神。 4. 熟练使用电脑软件word, excel, AutoCAD等 5. 能熟练使用英语进行交通和书写。 6. 了解和掌握最新专业知识。 7. 愿意经常出差。

This role is responsible for all accounting and financial requirements for the hotel in an environment of tight control. He / she will provide financial support, advice and expertise to the General Manager and hotel team, with the aim of maximizing value, developing the quality of the Finance function within the hotel. What will I be doing? As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Financial Accounting & Control: Best practice financial accounting processes in a robust control environment Management Reporting: Focused, innovative and balanced reporting that stimulates management action Business Support: Provision of the highest standards of financial and commercial support to the Business Investment Optimizing returns on capital investment Looking Ahead: Operating against meaningful strategic plans and budgets with accurate forecasting Investment in People: Ensuring the best person in each job, in an environment of continuous development Cash & Working Capital: Optimize cash position in an environment of tight control 【任职要求】 What are we looking for? To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: • University qualification and above. • Finance / Accounting major and certified, e.g. ACCA/ CPA. • 5 year in hotel accounting with at least 2 years in similar position with an international hotel. • Fluent in oral and written English to meet business needs. • Possess system skills in OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA / OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK, • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
