Take food and beverage orders; retrieve and serve alcoholic /non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables; service in assigned station according to restaurants specifications, courteously and efficiently. Collect payments. Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment.
Assist outlet coach to lead new join talents as well as department trainees to perform their duty, guide and monitor according to brand standard
Ability to monitor the day-to-day operation that is assigned to one self, and department trainees, rectify if any different than standard and provide correct actions
Follow up on daily
training topics, in order to make sure further understanding of our talents,
liaise with outlet supervisor to rectify if any misunderstanding.
Can take lead on managing guest profile,
preferences as well as track previous promotion guest database, maintain
good communication with guest enquiries.
Minimum 1 year
experience in similar B&F operation
