Position Summary 职位概述:
1. I
understand my role in Confidently knowing the food and beverage menu contents
and be able to explain them in detail to guests. Understand dietary
requirements and offer appropriate suggestions.
要熟知菜单、食品配方及其它方面的知识,以向客人推荐各种食品及饮料。
2. Be
able to correctly label buffet dishes. Be able to make suggestions on the menu
that might suit guests of different nationalities.
熟悉自助餐台上的食品。根据客人不同的国籍,推荐相应的食品。
3.By
knowing menu items of all other outlets to recommend guests to other outlets.
熟悉饭店其他餐厅菜单上的食品,并向客人推荐。
4.Undertake
steps/process to ensure that all areas of the restaurant are set to the
standards required for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This includes setting
tables, setting the buffet, having all equipment ready for service and ensuring
you have been briefed by your supervisor for the shifts activities.

Required Qualifications 任职要求:
1.
At least 1 year professional experience beyond the degree.
有从事餐饮服务一年以上的工作经历。。
2.Working
experience in similar five star international chain hotel is preferred.
具有同等国际连锁星级酒店工作经验者优先。
3.Team
work spirit
团队精神。
4.To
actively promote the services and facilities of the Hilton Hotels to guests and
suppliers of the Hotel.
