    Position Statement: The Senior Manager, Finance Project, FSSC is the key Business Partner for GCM FSSC. This person is expected to manage and deliver the enrollment/transition in accordance with Finance Shared Service Center project plan. This position will be collaborating across Corporate Operations Finance, Pre-opening, and Hotel team to ensure deliverables are met. Position Summary: FSSC Enrollment Project Management Closely working with Project Director, Operations Finance team, Pre-opening team and Hotel teams to successfully enroll hotels into FSSC. Be responsible for Focused and Full-Service hotels Shared Service enrollment full cycle of processes. i.e.: Solution, Implementation and Stabilization. · Solution: Communicate with owners and hotels for their better understanding of Hilton FSSC. Provide and guide the hotel of their specific FSSC solution. ·  Implementation: Lead the hotel enrollment projects make sure the systems (DocMX, RPA, E-voucher, Ticketing systems) are deployed per schedule.     住户服务部的主要职能是为北京嘉里公寓的客人提供前台、安保、客房、保养等全方位的客户服务,传递嘉里公寓的服务理念和价值观,使公寓客人拥有持续良好的居住体验。   主任-住户服务岗位的主要工作是协助经理-住户服务管理部门的日常事物,为客人提供安全舒适的生活环境;具有浓厚的客户服务理念;全面掌握当班时各部门的运作及公寓紧急情况的处理程序,协调前厅部与其他部门的关系,快速高效地为客人提供服务。   你的主要职责包括,但不限于: 协助经理-住户服务主持本部门的管理工作,制订本部门工作目标和工作计划 监督房间出租状况,与各部门进行良好的沟通,保证房间出租正常,使收益最大化; 监督前台、5层多功能厅人员工作严格按照公司规定及流程,确保服务质量,员工工作达到标准,在恰当的时候对住户服务助理的工作给予指导; 负责将每日工作情况、重要事件详尽的记录在主任-住户服务的工作日志上,以供跟进及日后参考; 对当月重要事项、所有投诉进行总结分析,进一步改进客服工作; 负责日常的前台、5层多功能厅的接待工作,确保所有客人的需求都有效、迅速的解决; 每日检查前台、5层多功能厅的工作日志,确保工作高质量完成; 每日检查当班员工PMS系统账目,监督员工每班结束前平账,投帐。每班次都需要对前台员工录入PSB信息进行检查并确保100%准确无误; 处理客户日常投诉,妥善、合理地解决客户提出的意见及问题; 与客房部门一起完成公寓客人的房间Check in工作; 准确、无误地完成PMS系统的夜审工作; 负责本部门的通知撰写工作; 尽可能的与客户多接触,建立良好的关系; 监督检查所有Butler的衣着、妆容及行为姿态符合公司标准; 参加部门例会,汇报重点投诉、客户需求,对部门运作提出合理化建议; 协助经理-住户服务安排本部门员工的业务及语言培训,提高员工基本素质; 安排公寓购物班车的行车路线,协调好客人与外包车公司之间的关系; 在大堂及公共区域进行巡视,确保卫生整洁、设施设备运行良好; 确保客户行李寄存的安全性,并严格按公司规定对行李寄存给予处置; 每个月负责对concierge信息进行更新; 协助经理-住户服务组织公寓客人的联谊活动; 负责详细记录、更新公寓客人的客史信息; 协助处理公司发生的突发事件,协调与各部之间的工作关系,遇到紧急情况,及时上报相关领导; 在高峰时段对前厅部员工和其他所有部门提供支持和协作; 检查所有预抵长住客人的房间,确保房间按照Check in Memo中提到的内容准备妥当; 每日检查Service.BJresidence的邮箱,确保即时反馈客人意见; 协助经理-住户服务完成对本部门员工每年的业绩考核工作; 及时完成与落实公司或上级领导随时安排的其他工作。 Who You Will Work With (Internal & External Relations & Communication) 内部和外部的关系及沟通 主任-住户服务岗位需要协助经理-住户服务完成公寓前厅部的日常工作,监督和指导住户服务助理的服务质量和工作效率,协调安保、客房、保养等部门共同为客人提供优质的服务。 主任-住户服务岗位需要接待公寓访客及与客人相关的外来人员,接待时按照公司规定的接待程序,并时刻保持优质高效的服务质量 Who You Are 资质要求 List the general job requirements: 知识结构:大学以上学历,企业管理、酒店管理、物业管理等相关专业。 技能要求:熟悉物业管理及房地产相关政策,英文听说能力较强,熟练运用现代化办公系统,有使用HIS系统经验。 You would have the following competencies and professional experiences: 能力要求:以客户为导向,了解公寓不同客人的需求,为客人提供个性化的服务。          嘉里大使,能够给人以积极正向的第一印象,能够将嘉里品牌的形象传递给他人。创造共识,结合实际工作的需要,不断完善和优化客服务的流程,确保服务质量和提高效率。有效地谈判,能够与客人和工作协作的部门或同事进行有效的沟通,以达到满意的结果,顺利完成工作。驾驭复杂问题,面对复杂或突发问题时,能够及时提出具有创造性的解决方案,善于与他人合作,解决工作中的障碍。呈现同理心和尊重,能够与客人、业务伙伴和同事建立良好的关系,了解他们的感受,并在与他们的互动中表现出同情心、关心和尊重。勇于担当,对自我的优势和不足有充分的认识,勇于对自己的行为和决定承担全部责任。授权他人,有计划和策略的将工作任务分派给下属,并给予他们必要的培训使工作能够顺利完成。勇于坦诚的分享意见和建议并乐于分享知识,当他人需要时能够给予公开且真诚的反馈,对他人给予的反馈能够给予积极地回应;乐于与他人分享知识和经验。  工作经验:三年以上客户服务/物业管理/酒店管理相关工作经验。 其他相关要求:责任心强,主动性强,工作严谨,诚实敬业,具备团队合作精神和奉献精神。
