1.Practice the service culture SHINE with Service Essence Training
对客服务中践行《服务精髓》中SHINE的服务文化要求
2.Solve the guest complaints with service culture E-Leap within Service Recovery Training
当客人向我们表达不满情绪时及时担负责任,并践行《服务补救》中的E-LEAP服务文化原则
3.Personal grooming, hygiene and courtesy are in line with hotel and brand standards
个人仪容仪表、卫生及礼貌礼节符合酒店和品牌标准
4.Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception
严格遵守服务流程和品牌标准,向我们的客人传递品牌精髓的信息以提高客人体验感和品牌感知度
5.Report to shift on time in issued uniform in a clean, neat and tidy appearance at all times.
准时上班, 上班时穿着干净, 整洁的制服
6.To open the uniform counter at opening hour.
于开放时间打开制服服务台
7.To answer telephone calls in uniform room.
以酒店标准接听制服房内的电话
8.To be very familiar with the uniform for each department and provide smooth uniform issue over the counter.
非常熟悉各部门的制服并在服务台上流畅的发放制服.
9.To inspect all uniform to ensure uniforms are in good order before issue.
在发放制服前, 检查每件制服, 以确保其完好.
10.To store uniform for employees of the hotel ensuring par stock is in on line and informing supervisor of any missing piece.
为酒店的员工储存制服, 确保储存秩序, 如果有任何丢失则需要通知主管.
11.To keep good record on discarded uniforms and linen have item stored until proper removal is arrange.
对于报废的制服和布草做出完整记录, 存放好直到有了适当的处理方法
12.The ability to carry out simple repair employee uniforms when needed.
在需要的时候, 能够帮助员工简单的修补制服
13.To receive stock and conduct stock check i.e. quantity and quality in the absence of uniform room supervisor.
制服房主管不在的情况, 负责进行收货并检查货物, 如: 数量和质量等.
14.To keep work area clean and organize at all time.
随时保持工作区域整洁有序.
15.The ability to work independently and make simple decision .
具有独立工作的能力, 并且可以做简单的决定.
16.To perform any other tasks or projects as assigned by the uniform supervisor/management
