3.Personal grooming, hygiene and courtesy are in line with hotel and brand standards

4.Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception
严格遵守服务流程和品牌标准,向我们的客人传递品牌精髓的信息以提高客人体验感和品牌感知度
5.Report to shift on time in issued uniform in a clean, neat and tidy appearance at all times.
准时上班,上班时穿着干净,整洁的制服
6.Dry clean all guests’ and staffs uniform.
按照酒店的标准干洗客人衣物和员工制服
7.Ensure that appropriate separation and selection of appropriate programmes are used.
确保将衣物分开并应用适当的干洗程序
8.To spot clean the garments if stains found during checking.
如果在查看衣物时发现污点,要对污点进行着重处理
9.Report any malfunctioning of equipment and check that it is cleaned thoroughly.
报告设备故障,并彻底对设备进行清洁,并且及时上报故障
10.Coordinate with other sections to ensure good work flow
与其他部门协调以确保每个单位工作可以顺利进行
11.Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time.

12.Call supervisor if work assignment is finish early for direction.

【Job Responsibilities】
Assist in the management of all functions related to the
cleaning of hotel rooms and floors. Assist the Housekeeping Manager in ensuring
the smooth and effective operation of the department and ensuring that the
operation of the department is carried out in strict accordance with department
policies and procedures. Report repair needs and follow up in a timely manner.
