1. 进行缝纫工作,包括对客人衣物、酒店布草和制服进行修改、试衣和修补。

3.对制服进行剪裁、制做、修补和修改。
Cuts, tailors,
mends and alters uniforms.
4. 将废弃物品改制成可用物品。
Converts condemned
items into usable items.
5.缝纫窗帘、靠垫和壁布。
Sews curtains,
cushions and wall coverings.
6.满足客人的要求。
Attends to guest
requests.
7. 协助特别活动的准备工作。
Assists in the
preparation of special functions.
8. 保养设备并保持自己的工作区域的清洁。
9. 每日对布巾和制服进行修补。
Checks all linen
and uniform repairs on a daily basis.
10. 保管缝纫用品,如线、钮扣、拉链和布巾等。
Maintains sewing
supplies such as threads, buttons, zippers, linen etc
11 就耗尽的用品准备申请。
Prepares requisitions
for depleted supplies.
12. 对从洗衣房得到的废弃布巾进行检查。
Checks condemned
linen from Laundry.
13.适当协助布巾房的工作。
Assist in the linen
room duties as appropriate.
14.协助进行盘点工作。
Assists in
inventory taking.

•Familiar with and able to handle a variety of different linens correctly.

•Ensure the correct use of equipment and chemicals.

•Immediately report the problem to the laundry supervisor about equipment failure.

•Carefully handle guests' clothes and try to avoid damage, shrinkage, loss of buttons, etc.

•Respond to guest calls and handle guest requests in a friendly and effective manner.
回复客人的电话,并以友好有效的方式处理客人的要求。
•Collect guest clothing when requested to ensure that guest room numbers are accurately recorded. Check all items before and after washing and record damage, fading, etc., and do not dispose of the clothing that you are not familiar with.

•Calculate the cost of laundry for guests and ensure accurate and timely delivery.

•Ensure that guest needs and reasonable requests are met.

•Responsible for the collection and distribution of uniforms for hotel team personnel.

•Check the appearance, personal hygiene and image of the housekeeping staff.

•Assist in the training and development of employees.
