JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
Upgrade guest services on a continual basis.
To ensure the ultimate comfort and cleanliness for all of our guests, as expected.
Ensure service and production is provided in the proper manner, and with the usual high standards of a DMH. Understand, maintain and execute operational manuals and guidelines.
Communications with staff to seek for staff’s opinions and comments on employee satisfaction issue.
Gives feedback to the PA Manager on the situation of maintenance of high staff morale.
Actively participates in the organization of all staff activities.
Actively participates in the Employee Opinion Survey and provides suggestions for actions to improve the scores.
Ensure accurate inventory records on cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals.
Makes sure all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established security standards.
Assist in training, motivating, and providing regular communication to the team to deliver top service with unmatched professionalism while fostering a culture of accountability.
Help recommend personnel changes in assigned areas, promotion, demotion, and vacations, leaves of absence and release of staff.
Inspects public areas to ensure the highest cleaning standards are met.
Assist in controlling departmental costs including labor regarding cleaning supplies, yet ensuring services rendered to the guests are of the highest standards.
Aid in maintaining unparalleled cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to enhance appearance and life of all furniture, fixtures and equipment.
Help with the cleaning program to ensure top quality standards in training, performance, procedures, and productivity pertaining to all public and private guest areas.
Oversee storage areas and ensure they are always stocked, clean and tidy.
Ensure that areas of responsibility are running efficient and effective at all times. Proper utilization of resources is a must.
Counsels employees on job related issues and where necessary on items of personal nature.
Keep open communication with PA Manager.
Maintains close work relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback, cross training and efficient operations.
6.STAFF RECOGNITION & PARTICIPATION
Organizes staff party.
Organizes other staff activities.
7.SAFETY & HYGIENE
Establish safe working conditions and practices. Ensure proper cleanliness in all areas. Require staff to wear proper apparel at all times.
Administer inspection of the facility, services and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are uncompromised.
Saving energy according to the standard of ISO 14004.
Performs other duties as maybe assigned by Management from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格
1.Neat and pleasant appearance.
3.Technical Secondary School
4.2 years as Senior PA Attendant in a similar size hotel.
8.Tactful and sensitive to employee needs.
9.Positive role model.
10.Ability to work long hours.
