1.Handle guests' clothes carefully, avoid damage, shrinkage, missing buttons, etc.

2. Answer guest calls and handle guest requests in a friendly, efficient manner.
用友好的、有效的态度回答客人电话、处理客人要求。
3. Collect guest laundry when requested, ensuring correct room-number is noted. Inspect all items and note any damages, discolor etc before and after cleaning. Report to the supervisor if you don’t know the material of the clothes.
在有要求时收集客人衣物,确保准确记录客人房号。洗衣前后检查所有项目并记录损坏、褪色等,对自己不熟悉的衣料要及时请示上级。
4. Accurately calculate the laundry amount and ensure accurate and timely entry.
准确核算客人洗衣的金额 ,并确保准确及时的入账。
5. Package and deliver guest laundry to correct guestrooms.
包装并把客人衣物送到正确的房间。
6. Deliver high quality service to guests.
向客人提供优质服务。
7. Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
确保客人需求和合理要求被满足。
8. Adhere to the cleaning and equipment maintenance procedures.

9. Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in your work area.
