Under the general direction of the Guest Relations Supervisor and within the limits of established Rosewood Hotels brand and local policies and procedures, performs all aspects Guest Relations services, such as Guest engagement, Guest recognition, SAG coordination and welcome... to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction.
