Job Responsibility
岗位职责:
Tour the lobby and provide the service, answer the question to guests.
巡视酒店大堂,主动为有需要的宾客提供服务、解答问题。
Be in charge of receiving VIP and important group.
负责接待酒店的重要宾客及特别团队等。
Follow up and maintain the preferences and special request of VIP guests and provide the quality service for them.
及时跟踪维护酒店

客人的喜好及特殊要求,为宾客提供优质的服务。
Be responsible for dealing guests’ complaints and accidents on duty.
负责受理当班期间发生的宾客投诉事件及意外事故等。
Introduce and recommend the hotel production to guests.
向宾客介绍及推荐酒店各项服务。
Supervise and guide the associates’ work in lobby, maintain the order and keep the environment of lobby elegant and civilized.
监督检查在大堂工作的人员的工作情况,维护大堂秩序,保持优雅文明的大堂环境。
You may need support to other sections in high occupancy.
如有需要,在高客房率的情况下能支援前厅各小部门。
Job Qualifications:
任职资格:
Above 2-year working experience in 5-star international hotels and be familiar with the operation of Front Office.
有

年及以上五星级酒店工作经验,熟悉前厅工作流程。
Have an agile mind and deal with the emergencies in the best way.
头脑灵活,灵活应变。能以最优的方法及时处理突发事件。
Skilled at both spoken and written English and have good communication skills.
具有良好的英语听说能力及沟通技巧。
Bright and outgoing, have strong service consciousness, responsibility and team spirit. Can work under pressure.
性格开朗,能从容应对工作上的压力;具有较强的培训服务意识、责任感及团队精神。
Be familiar with the operation and service and have professional service skills.
熟悉酒店营运及服务方面知识,具有专业的服务技能。
