Your success:
· Connect with guests, prior, during and after
their stay
· Ensure guests are properly greeted upon their
arrival
· Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned
rooms are prepared prior to check-in
· Coordinate amenities, welcome cards, gifts,
room drops and/or any other in room arrangements
· Oversee check-in and check-out procedures,
including room allocation, reservations and financial transactions
· Promptly address guests and assist with any
arrangements needed
· Actively listen to and resolve concerns and
complaints
· Ensure special guests, like Heavy Hitter,
elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services
· Coordinate and manage communication between
guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve guest concerns
· Inform guests of our hotel services, including
dining options and recreation facilities
· Be innovative and come up with creative
tailormade amenities, welcome cards, gifts or any kind of wow factors that
would impress our guests
· Be a host, engage, socialize and entertain
guests around the hotel
· Appraise team’s performance and produce
regular reports
· Liaise with Housekeeping, Director of
Spa and Outlet Managers to provide an overall comfortable guest
experience throughout the hotel
· Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check
on progress
· Analyze customer feedback from online reviews
and suggest ways to improve ratings
· Recommend local tourist spots, including
places to dine, shop and sight-seeing, happenings in the city
· Establish friendly
relationships with regular hotel guests and build a community among our long
stay and repeat guests

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Experience: 3 years’
experience in similar position. Good knowledge of all areas of hotel
operations.
Education: Degree from
an accredited university, college or hotel school management school.
Skills: Local knowledge and ability to relate with all nationalities.
Effective interpersonal skill. Excellent oral & written communication, in
both Chinese and English. Preferably in other languages.
Personality: Very flexible
and able to adapt to changing environments and management demands. Goal driven personality.
