    1、根据接待要求制定接待方案; 2、负责做好来宾的视察、访问、参观、交流的政府领导及社会各界来宾的接待和服务工作,包括参观路线、会场安排、讲解、食宿预定、往返行程预定等; 3、完善、优化接待标准化制度和程序; 4、根据接待申请的规格和标准,把关过程中的各项费用支出,事后做好结算和财务报销工作。
