【岗位职责】
1、在总经理带领下,负责酒店的日常经营管理工作,对各项经营管理指标负责;
Under the leadership of the general manager, be responsible for the daily operation and management of the hotel, and be responsible for various operation and management indicators;
2、提出酒店的经营管理思路,协助确定酒店年度经营计划,并指挥落实;
Put forward the management ideas of the hotel, assist in determining the annual business plan of the hotel, and direct the implementation;
3、协助建立健全酒店内部管理系统、运行机制及各项规章制度;
Assist to establish and improve the hotel's internal management system, operation mechanism and various rules and regulations;
4、协调各部门关系;
Coordinate the relationship between departments;
5、提高酒店的经营业绩、管理水平、服务质量。
Improve the hotel's operating performance, management level and service quality.
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历;
College degree or above;
2、有3年以上管理经验、营销经验;
At least 3 years management experience and marketing experience;
3、拥有良好的解决问题的能力、管理能力及人际交往能力;
Good problem-solving skills, management skills and interpersonal skills;
4、熟悉酒店的经营管理工作,具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神;
Familiar with the operation and management of the hotel, with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism;
5、有效贯彻、落实并完成部门制订的每月工作计划。
