职位描述:
Assist F&B operation Manager to manage Western restaurant, including production specification, service improvement, attendance management, personnel training, etc.
协助餐饮运营经理管理西餐厅,包括但不限于出品规范、服务提升、考勤管理、人员培训等
Supervise the service and delivery of menu items in assigned restaurant ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
监督所在餐厅的服务和菜单内容的提供情况,确保高品质和一致性。
Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
遵守当地的卫生和安全法规,或其它适用的规定,以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up
在自己当班期间尽可能解决所有的投诉,并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作。
职位资格和技能:
3 years related experience. Experience in similar position is preferred.
3年相关工作经历。具同岗位经验优先考虑。
Problem solving and training abilities.
